With a PhD in Management, M.Sc Psychology, M.A Sociology, LL.B, MBA, and certifications in guidance, coaching, counselling, and NLP, he understands learners as people with dreams, doubts, responsibilities, and different learning needs, not merely as students joining courses or completing certificates.
His work is shaped by 23 years in education, training, and coaching, along with 10 years of legal practice. As part of Team Laksha Education, he contributes to academic coordination, skill training, coaching, counselling, and child care research with a strong learner-first approach. His ongoing work on learning disability, slow learners, multiple intelligence, creativity upgradation, and new-era skill frameworks helps Laksha Education support learners with patience, structure, and practical understanding.

Her professional journey includes roles as Sales Customer Care Executive at Idea Cellular, Sales Officer at HDFC Bank, Sales Officer in Citi Finance, and Branch In-Charge at SIMS – Saga Institute of Management Studies.
